Cop sighting: Court St.

PEA must be a dangerous, gang-ridden territory. This morning (Friday), at ~4:45, and EPD SUV was parked a little ways down Court St. They were being very sneaky. The car/lights were off. (Maybe they are trying to save us peons some gas money.)
