Cop sighting: Rite Aid

There she was, coming out of riding and entering the EPD SUV in the parking lot at 4:45 pm today (10/14). Was she investigating a crime, or just engaging in a mini-corruption as she ran some errands using tax funded gasoline?  Who knows?
