There are a lot of interesting things going on this morning. It looks like the Green Bean is upset about the dam removal process and the lack of care by the town in addressing structural issues with its building.
Of course, the Exeter government has no right to do anything with the dam. The Green Bean and the other abutters, as well as us hapless taxpayers, are the owners of the public property. From the article, it sounds like Russ "$100k" Dean and the BS team will do what they can to appease the Green Bean without having to forgo their pet project. Private property be damned!
