Follow the law (regardless)!

Yet another opinion that attacks Uber. It makes no sense. The first point claims that charging high rates at peak demand times is unfair.  Why exactly is that unfair? Uber drivers are selling a service, and people who do not think the price worth the service are free to abstain. There is no threat, no act of force, no coercion. I wonder if the writer of the article ever things his salary is too high, or if he would ever deny a raise.

The writer is just a person who dislikes Uber (why, we do not know), and want to use the force of the state to stop them from doing things he doesn't like. He says,
I would hope the city would step up enforcement on these drivers until they are in compliance with the city requirements and remove those that do not comply.
Here's another thought: would this person support the use of a gun to threaten Uber to stop driving? And, if so, does the person support pulling the trigger for noncompliance? And, if so, would he be willing to do it himself?

UPDATE: Uber is cutting prices in 100 cities. This is all just supply and demand. I wonder if the opiner above would call this unfairly undercutting the taxi driver competition. It's too low! Arrest them!
