Of course, we're just too stupid to know she means. Obviously, she meant "yes."
This is a very telling event. She is power hungry for DC, and she has just given up her last hesitation for straight-faced lying. Just like her awful foreign policy warmongering speech, this shows she is a pure establishment crony (or maybe desperate to become one).
