The hands-free forbidden cell phone ban has trapped someone.
A man was pulled over for this non-violent crime and arrested for not using an
interlock device. I have no idea what the guy is like, or if his story checks
out. The point is this: even ostensibly small laws, allegedly to save us
dummies from ourselves, benefits the police state by giving them an excuse to pry more
intimately into our personal lives and punish us for any reason they can find.
