Today, at around 2:30 pm, an EPD officer was protecting us from yet another driver. I didn't see what happened, but I doubt it was anything serious. (It couldn't be serious because we know that the state troopers would called.) It must be nice to say to yourself, "Gee, I'd really like to go get a coffee, but I don't have the cash. Wait, hey, let me just issue a ticket!" I wonder if the Exeter government enjoys the disaster that is Water St. The confusing, visually-obstructed road is a gold mine for traffic violations.
It would be interesting to know how many tickets are issued by EPD and how much money they make from them.
