EPD was at it again at 5pm, that time when the productive class are getting home from work to enjoy a couple of days off before Monday. On Drinkwater Rd., heading south, an EPD officer was "protecting" someone. Poor guy's evening is ruined.
On a positive note, as I was heading towards the "protection zone," but before I could see blue lights, a southbound car flashed his lights to warn me of the expropriation. I can't remember the last time I saw someone (besides me) do that. There's at least one decent person left in Exeter!
